Support

Answers to the questions we hear most, and a direct line to us for everything else. The app is private by design, so there is no account to look up; support works by plain email.

Frequently asked questions

Is GLP 1 Tracker App really free?

Yes. Every logging feature is free: doses for all supported medications, reminders, the educational level curve, weight, protein, water, fiber, side effects, Apple Health import, and your last 30 days of history.

An optional Premium subscription adds the long view: unlimited history, 90-day side effect trend charts, the home screen widget, and CSV/JSON export. Logging is never paywalled.

Which medications does the app support?

Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Rybelsus, Saxenda, Victoza, Trulicity, Byetta and Adlyxin, plus compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide. There is also a custom option for any other GLP-1 injection or tablet with your own dose amounts.

Does my health data leave my phone?

No. There is no account and no server; everything you log is stored only on your device. The app contains no analytics or advertising SDKs, and its App Store privacy label reads Data Not Collected. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Why did my reminder not fire?

Reminders are local notifications, so iOS is in charge of delivering them. Check that notifications are allowed for the app in Settings, that Focus modes are not silencing it, and that the app has not been offloaded. After restoring a backup or changing your schedule, open the app once so it can reschedule.

Please do not rely on any app as your only safeguard for taking prescribed medication.

What happens if I miss a dose?

The app marks the dose overdue and adjusts honestly if you log late, but it never tells you what to do about a missed dose; that guidance belongs to your prescriber and your medication’s labeling. Our article on missed GLP-1 doses summarizes what the manufacturers publish.

Is the medication-level curve my real blood level?

No. It is an educational estimate modeled from published pharmacology, meant to show the general rhythm of rising after a dose and easing off between doses. It is not a measurement, it does not know your individual physiology, and it must never be used to make dosing decisions.

How does Apple Health sync work?

If you grant permission, the app reads weight, steps, active energy and water from Apple Health so they appear alongside your logs. Access is read-only; the app writes nothing to Health. You can revoke access any time in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Health.

How do I restore Premium on a new iPhone?

Premium is tied to your Apple account. On the new phone, open the Premium screen and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple account.

Your logged data is separate: it lives only on the device, so it comes across only if you set up the new phone from a backup of the old one.

How do I cancel the subscription?

Apple manages billing. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose GLP 1 Tracker and tap Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. After it lapses, every logging feature and all your data remain available; only the Premium views lock again.

How do I export or delete my data?

Export (Premium) creates CSV or JSON files of every log and hands them to the iOS share sheet; nothing is uploaded anywhere. Delete My Data, in the Account tab, erases everything the app stores, immediately and permanently. Uninstalling the app also removes its data.

Is this medical advice?

No. The app and this website are educational logging tools. They never diagnose, treat, or recommend doses. Always follow your healthcare provider’s instructions, and contact them about anything concerning in your data or how you feel.
