Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how the GLP 1 Tracker App, displayed on your device as "GLP1 Tracker" ("the App," "we," "us"), handles information. The short version is unusual for a health app and worth stating plainly: the App collects nothing. Everything you log stays on your iPhone, and we operate no server that could receive it.

In plain English
  • Your doses, weight, food, water and side effect logs are stored only on your device.
  • There is no account, no sign-up, and no server behind the App.
  • We use no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking SDKs. The App Store privacy label reads Data Not Collected.
  • Apple Health access is read-only, optional, and revocable at any time.
  • You can export everything as CSV or JSON, and erase everything in one tap.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy covers the GLP 1 Tracker App for iOS and this website, glp1trackerfree.com. It applies to everything the App does on your device and to your visits to this site. Because the App has no server component, there is no separate "cloud" data practice to describe: the practices below are the complete picture.

2. Data You Record in the App

The App exists so you can record sensitive health information for your own use. Depending on which features you use, that can include:

All of this is yours. We never see it, transmit it, or hold a copy of it. "We" cannot read your logs even in principle, because no copy exists anywhere but your device.

3. Where Your Data Lives

Everything you record is stored in a local database on your iPhone, inside the App's protected storage area (and a shared on-device container that lets the widget read the same data). It is protected by the same device encryption that protects the rest of your iPhone. It is not synced to any server of ours; we do not have one.

4. What We Collect: Nothing

The App contains no analytics framework, no advertising SDK, no crash-reporting service, and no third-party code that phones home. We do not collect, receive, buy, or sell any personal data, health data, identifiers, or usage data, and consequently we cannot share what we do not have. The App's privacy manifest declares no collected data types, and its App Store privacy label reads Data Not Collected.

5. Network Connections

The App makes no network requests of its own. The only network activity associated with the App comes from Apple system services: the App Store processing a purchase or restoring one (see Purchases) and standard operating system behavior such as downloading App updates. Your health data is not part of any of it.

6. Apple Health

You can optionally connect the App to Apple Health. If you grant permission, the App reads the following types to show them alongside your logs: weight (body mass), step count, active energy, and water intake. The App requests read access only; it writes nothing to Apple Health.

7. Notifications

Dose reminders and overdue alerts are local notifications, scheduled and delivered entirely on your device. They do not involve a push server, and the App never sends your data anywhere to make them work. Notifications are optional and controlled by the iOS permission you grant or revoke in Settings.

8. The Home Screen Widget

The optional widget shows data such as protein, water and your next dose. It reads that data from the shared on-device container mentioned above. Nothing about the widget involves a network.

9. Purchases and Subscriptions

Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. Apple processes the payment; we never see your name, email address, payment details, or billing address. The App checks your subscription status on-device through Apple's framework. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

10. Exporting Your Data

Premium includes an export of all your logs as CSV or JSON files. Export is entirely user-initiated: the App generates the files on your device and hands them to the iOS share sheet, and you choose where they go. Once you export data to another app, service, or person, that copy is governed by wherever you sent it, so choose destinations you trust.

11. Deleting Your Data

You can erase everything the App stores from within the App (Account > Delete My Data). Deletion is immediate and permanent; there is no server-side copy to purge and no grace period, because there is no server. Uninstalling the App likewise removes its local data from your device. We cannot recover deleted data for you, by design.

12. Device Backups

Like most iOS apps, the App's local database may be included in the device backups you configure, such as iCloud Backup or encrypted local backups made through your computer. Those backups are created and encrypted by Apple's system software under your Apple account and settings; they are not accessible to us. If you do not want the App's data in a backup, you can exclude the App from iCloud Backup in iOS Settings.

13. Security

Your data is protected by iOS app sandboxing and your device's encryption, which is tied to your passcode and Face ID or Touch ID. Practical advice: set a device passcode, keep iOS updated, and use encrypted backups. Because there is no account, there is no password of ours to steal and no server of ours to breach.

14. Children

The App is intended for adults who use GLP-1 medications under the care of a healthcare provider. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included, because we collect no personal information at all.

15. A Note on Medical Information

The App and this website provide educational information and logging tools, not medical advice. Nothing in the App, including the educational medication-level curve, is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for your prescriber's instructions. See our Terms of Service for the full medical disclaimer.

16. Your Privacy Rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR (Europe) and CCPA/CPRA (California) grant rights to access, correct, delete, and port personal data, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Because we hold no personal data about you, these rights are satisfied structurally:

If you contact us about a privacy request, we will respond, but in almost every case the honest answer will be that we have nothing on file about you.

17. This Website

glp1trackerfree.com is a static website. It uses no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking cookies, and it loads no third-party fonts or scripts. If you dismiss the install banner, that single preference is remembered in your own browser's local storage and never transmitted. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP addresses of requests) to operate the service; we do not use such logs to identify visitors.

18. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Because the App has nowhere to send data, changes will typically describe new on-device features rather than new collection. Material changes will always be reflected here first.
